As always, I tried to sneak Star Trek TOS moments into the episode and, fortunately for me, Ernie is fluent in Trek. The Kilowog/Razer heart-to-heart is a combo homage (that’s writerspeak for “ripoff”) to two of my favorite Trek moments.  This Bones/Spock moment from Bread & Circuses:
